Growing up in a family of athletes and being active in sport myself from a young age, I was constantly surrounded by the joys and misfortunes of sport. It was my personal experience of the specificity of athletes lifestyle and my strong interest in the inner processes of humans that pushed me into the field of sport psychology. The idea to start this page came from the desire to introduce sport psychology to the Lithuanian public. It is important for me to provide easily accessible and understandable information on this topic to everyone interested - coaches, athletes, parents of young athletes and sports enthusiasts.
